Smoked Mirror & Brass Coffee Table, 1970s

A Hollywood Regency coffee table from the 1970s, built as a play of layers and reflections. A smoked bronze mirror top, framed in brass, sits on a wide black chrome frame trimmed with a second fine brass band, the whole floating above a recessed rectangular black pedestal. The overhang gives the piece a light, cantilevered silhouette, while the mirror warms and darkens everything it reflects.

Glamorous yet disciplined, it brings the mood of a Seventies lounge to a living room — a true statement piece in black and gold.

Condition

In very good vintage condition. The smoked mirror top is in very good order, with only a few minor marks visible up close. The brass trims have a light natural patina consistent with age, slightly more pronounced on the lower band, and the black frame shows a few small marks on its edges. Structurally solid and stable.
