Each Belmode Archives piece is carefully selected for its quality, character, and authenticity.  
We want every purchase to feel meaningful.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition, unused and undamaged.  
- Original packaging is included.  
- Proof of purchase is provided.

To start a return, please contact us at belagency.be@gmail.com before shipping anything back.  
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.  
Sale items and one-of-a-kind pieces are non-refundable.
