A pair of IKEA Korpo chairs, an iconic example of Scandinavian design from the 1990s.
Built around a lightweight grey lacquered tubular steel frame, each chair pairs a round perforated plywood seat with a distinctive curved bentwood backrest. Clean, graphic lines and a practical stackable design make them ideal for a dining room, kitchen, studio or contemporary workspace.
Very good vintage condition. The wood keeps a warm, even tone and the grey lacquer on the frames is clean. Only minor signs of use: a few small marks along the top edge and end of one backrest, and light wear on the plywood edges. Both chairs are sturdy and stable.
