Vintage Art Deco Style Face Sculpture Table Lamp, Silver-Tone Bust

A sculptural vintage table lamp whose base is a cast metal bust of a serene face tilted upwards, eyes closed, in a smooth Art Deco inspired style. The figure is plated in a polished silver-tone finish with warm gold tones showing through, and stands on a flat black rectangular base. A slim metal stem carries a tapered white fabric drum shade, and the black cord has an inline switch. A striking piece that works as both a lamp and a sculpture on a sideboard, console or bedside table.

Good vintage condition with visible signs of age and use. The plating on the figure is worn in places, with gold-tone patches showing through on the face and chest, and it has a few small dark spots and tarnish marks. The black base has light scuffs on the top and a small chip on the front edge. The fabric shade has a yellowed stain on the lower rim, a few small orange marks on the rim and some light scuffs and creases. The cord has a few small marks. The lamp was working when photographed.
