A striking sculptural coffee table built from two intersecting solid-wood volumes: a low, wide plinth with a deeply fluted, comb-cut edge running along one side, and a smaller rectangular slab that appears to float above it on a central block support. Warm reddish-brown wood grain runs boldly across both surfaces, mitered cleanly at the corners, giving the piece a bold, gallery-worthy presence.
In good vintage condition overall, with a few small edge nicks on the lower plinth consistent with genuine age and use. The fluted detailing and joinery show excellent craftsmanship throughout, and the piece is structurally solid.
