A vintage table lamp with a slim square column in warm red-brown stained wood, set on a flat rectangular brushed steel base with small black feet. A metal collar with a thumbscrew joins the column to the socket, which has a built-in rocker switch. The tapered rectangular fabric shade in soft cream diffuses a warm, even light. A clean, architectural shape from the 1990s-2000s that suits a desk, a console or a bedside table.
Good vintage condition with visible signs of age and use. The brushed steel base is scratched and scuffed, with a few lighter patches and small dark specks. The wood column shows a few tiny pits and light marks. The fabric shade is slightly yellowed and has a few small stains and marks, and its lower corners and edges are slightly worn and creased. The lamp was working when photographed.
