A vintage minimalist table lamp with a tall rectangular shade in crinkled rice paper, on a slim brushed metal stem and a flat, softly curved square base in a matte nickel finish. The finely creased paper glows with a warm, diffused light and gives the lamp a Japanese-inspired look. A slim, sculptural shape that suits a bedside table, a desk or a shelf.
Good vintage condition with visible signs of age and use. The paper shade is slightly yellowed in places and has a few small marks, a greyish, slightly worn edge along the top and bottom rims, and small wire hooks at the top that show some rust. The thin metal rod beside the stem and the stem itself have a few small dark and rust-coloured specks. The matte base has a few light marks. The lamp was working when photographed.
